Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (when available)

Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. SANiiTY cannot guarantee replacement or refund for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
