Returns

At SANiiTY, every piece is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations in print placement or garment color that occur during the production process

Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Because orders enter production quickly, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
