When will my order ship?
Every SANiiTY product is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: Delivery times vary by destination.
Shipping times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders enter production quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to help, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
